An afterwork at La Cense
Tuesday May 24 at 7:30pm
La Cense is the gamble taken by 3 ISA graduates (Estelle Cazé, Paul Bieuville and Pierre Fierens) to open an outlet in Paris created by producers. Part of the range, namely meat and cider, comes from their own structures. The rest comes from a network of local farmers, mainly in the Hauts-de-France and Normandy regions.
What's more, the grocery store transforms itself into a tasting bar at 8pm, where you can enjoy cider accompanied by charcuterie and cheese.
