WORKSHOP: Sound and light in the heart of winter

As Christmas approaches, are you in need of some light? Do you need to relax? Do you dream of traveling?

We invite you on an imaginary journey of sound and vibration. Guided by the chanting of Tibetan bowls, illuminated by soft lights, lying under the warmth of a blanket, we offer you this opportunity to come and explore your inner symphonies as a group, while returning to deep relaxation.

By taking part in this journey to the heart of your inner self, you'll be plunged into a state close to intense relaxation, achieved by the harmonic sounds of stories, tales, poems and guided meditations. The sounds of voice and instruments blend harmoniously to help you incorporate all the images perceived in your inner self, which in turn can shape the perceived reality.

Imaginary journeys can help you develop new ideas, identify smooth paths, facilitate learning and find creative solutions... What a program!

You'll be accompanied on this journey byFlorence BENFEGHOUL,IÉSEG associate and certified Mindfulness Meditation instructor and Peter Hess sound massage practitioner.

This workshop offered by the Pôle Développement Carrière of IÉSEG Network will take place onTuesday December 13th from 6.30 pm to 7.15 pm in room B442 (Theater Room) of Bâtiment E on the IÉSEG Lille Campus.
