[ENGLISH WORKSHOP] Discover Pecha Kucha
in partnership with lESEG NETWORK
The Pecha Kucha method, also known as the 20 x 20 technique , is a creative, dynamic and original methodology invented by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham.t was invented by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham, two Tokyo-based architects fed up with boring and ineffective meetings...
Meaning "chatter" and "sound of conversation" in Japanese, Pecha Kucha became popular in the early2000s, and is a way of presenting an idea, a theme, a product, a service or a project over a very limited and precise period of time:6mn 40sec no more, no less.
This technique combines a short oral presentation that must be synchronized with the projection of 20 images (or slides) that follow automatically every 20 seconds.
Simple on the surface, it's a demanding technique which, if you master and apply it well, can be extremely effective in saving time and making an impact on your contacts.
This method is based on4 main pillars:
- Synthesis skills
- creativity
- Dynamism :
- Fluidity :
This workshop will introduce you to the essential steps you need to follow to create an impactful Pecha Kucha presentation.
At the end of this workshop, you will have learned to :
- focus on the important messages to be delivered,
- be concise,
- prepare your presentations well,
- develop your creativity,
- improve your public speaking skills!
What a great program! J
