[CONFERENCE] Lean Management, testimonial by Priscilla Saunier (1999)
HEI ALUMNI and Priscilla Saunier (1999) invite you to a career workshop on lean management!
"Lean is a management method that aims to improve company performance through the development of all employees. The method seeks to achieve ideal operating conditions by getting staff, equipment and sites to work together in such a way as to add value with as little waste as possible.
The dual objective of Lean management is the complete satisfaction of the company's customers (which translates into sales) and the success of each and every employee (which translates into motivation and commitment)."
Priscilla Saunier will talk about the transformation of an SME thanks to a customer-focused approach rooted in the field and in listening to employees. She will talk about what she has learned as a leader through her own experience and that of other leaders she has coached.
We'll conclude with a delicious cocktail reception!
