[WORKSHOP] Know yourself better and develop your potential with MBTI

MBTI ( MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR):the world's most widely used personality questionnaire!
Date and venue:
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at IÉSEG Paris La Défense.
Methodology:
The MBTI questionnaire available online will be sent to you individually at the close of workshop registration (approximately 1 week before the workshop). The results will be communicated to you during the workshop.
Then, we invite you to take part in a 2h30 MBTI group workshop on discovering your own type. The workshop is designed to be dynamic, participative and example-based. This workshop will be led byElizabeth TOUCAS, ourCareer Manager and Executive Coach - IÉSEG Network andcertified MBTI® Practitioner.
Finally, we offer you a lasting development experience with the delivery at the end of the session of a rich and comprehensive report on your type: theMBTI Personal Impact Report.
Workshop objective :
By describing the impact of psychological preferences on our behaviors and expectations, the MBTI provides a wonderful introspection for anyone wishing to better understand themselves and others in personal and professional life.
Deliverable:
For a special rate of€100 ,IÉSEG Network offers you the type discovery interview by a certified Practitioner + detailed MBTI Personal Impact Report, instead of €120 incl. VAT (price of the report alone).
The MBTI Personal Impact Report, a23-page document, covers the following 8 areas of development:
- Your work style
- Your communication style
- Your team collaboration style
- Your decision-making style
- Your leadership style
- Your conflict management style
- Your reaction to stress
- Your approach to change
This report also introduces the concept of preferences and indicates the apparent type, proposes an approach to type self-assessment and a summary of the 16 MBTI types.
By pointing out areas of development, weaknesses, pitfalls and challenges, this tool offers the openness and depth needed to apply type knowledge to real behavioral change.
