MBTI (MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR): the world's most widely used personality questionnaire!

By describing the impact of psychological preferences on our behaviours and expectations, the MBTI is a valuable tool for those wishing to better understand themselves and others in their personal and professional lives.

2h30 workshop led by Claude BACO, Golden and MBTI practitioner.

The online questionnaire* will be sent to you at the close of workshop registration (no later than 1 week before). The results will be communicated during the workshop.

* The questionnaire used is the GOLDEN®, a personality questionnaire devised and created by John Golden in 1980. It was inspired by Carl Jung's work on behavioral preferences (like the MBTI®, it takes up the 4 Jungian dimensions) and the Big Five model, from which it takes up the dimension of emotional stability, known as stress/emotion management.

With GOLDEN®, you'll go beyond the MBTI and know your MBTI type too. What's more, in addition to these 5 global dimensions, the GOLDEN® report reveals many more subtle aspects of personality, with 18 facets.
