Like the "Draw me a tree..." workshop offered throughout the year at IESEG Network, this new self-awareness workshop uses a metaphorical approach. This can be found in Plato, in sacred texts and, more practically, in the book published by Michel Odoul ("Dis-moi où tu as mal et je te dirais pourquoi", Albin Michel).

Objective:

As you'll have guessed, this new personal development workshop is yet another invitation to a journey into the inner self.

The aim of this workshop is to get you thinking and toencourage individual awareness of these 3 aspects:

• the different dimensions that govern our existence,
• how each of these dimensions are interrelated,
• how to find unity and harmony within yourself for professional success...

so that you can draw up an action plan to make the changes you need to make in terms of behavior, habits, etc.

Methodology :

This remote workshop will be led byElizabeth TOUCAS,Executive Strengths Coach and Head of IÉSEG Network's Career Center, who will accompany you on your journey with her coaching skills.

Bring sheets of paper, a few post-it notes, pencils or pens and, above all, a good mood!
