Changing our growth models, rethinking agri-food: what's Plan B for the planet?

Florian Delmas, Isara 36th Class Agro-Food Engineer and Chairman of Andros, publishes "Planète A Plan B". A manifesto in favor of a new system of growth, where the company is the solution. After acknowledging the urgent need for action, he will review the foundations of a new era of progress, and outline the major challenges facing agriculture and the agri-food industry. To conclude, he will share his vision of authentic leadership.

After obtaining his Agri-Food Engineering degree from Isara in 2008, which he completed with an Executive MBA from HEC 7 years later, Florian has held a number of positions at Andros (fruit cuisine, dessert and yogurt production, confectionery and frozen desserts): BtoB Project Manager, R&D Center Director, Sourcing and Upstream Fruit Director, Andros France Managing Director, Andros Group Managing Director. Recognized in his field, he has been named Young Leader 2021 by the French American Foundation and 4 times among the Economic Leaders of Tomorrow.
