La Parenthèse is a series of conferences organized by BET, the HEI Alumni network and HEI to help you build your career plan. Skander KHELIFI, Technical Director of CREPIM, will share his experience.

CREPIM presentation :

CREPIM is a European laboratory for the development and validation of materials for the fire safety sector. Located in the heart of Europe, recognized by CERTIFER, the FAA, and accredited by COFRAC as a testing laboratory (ISO CEI 17025 n°1-5860 available at www.cofrac.fr) and as a certifier (NF EN N° 5-0571 available at www.cofrac.fr), CREPIM develops, tests and certifies fire-resistant formulations for companies working in the mass transport (rail, aviation and naval), building, electrical and textile sectors. This activity is carried out within an environmentally-friendly framework that takes into account the end-of-life of products and the treatment of fumes generated during our tests.

Function Technical Director :

Managerial :

• Management of divisions in terms of resources and results
• Management of laboratory activities in terms of business development, personnel and organizational resources, and budget,
• Definition, with the Director/Chairman, of the laboratory's development policy.
• Implement and lead development initiatives
• Proposal of investment policy

Commercial and technical:

• Prospecting and identifying customer needs
• Drawing up specifications and quotations
• Management and development of tests linked to MEEDMM notification - notification 2137-.
• Participation in standards revision working groups.
• Participation in the GT éprouvette working group, the CFBA Building group, as part of inter-laboratory testing.
• Validates the training of CREPIM staff in the tests included in the COFRAC ESSAIS scope of accreditation.
