AVARAP offers a program of weekly workshops for young executives with between 3 and 4 years' professional experience. The success of this program is based on the dynamics and creativity of a group of ten participants, led by a volunteer professional. Over three months, in three stages, you will, with the help of the group

• - evaluate your career path and skills
• - envision your future prospects
• - validate your career choices and define your action plan.

AVARAP has helped more than 18,000 executives, has 40 years' experience in career transition, and is a voluntary, apolitical and non-denominational organization recommended by the Alumni of the Grandes Ecoles (including ENSAM, EM Lyon, ESCP Europe, HEC, ICP, UniAgro, Sciences Po Paris...).
