Speakers:

Professor Zyed ZALILA is CEO/Founder of DeepTech Intellitech [intelligent technologies] and its R&D Director. He holds an engineering degree in applied mathematics and artificial intelligence from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), an MSC in systems control and a PhD in fuzzy mathematics from the UTC. Habilitated to direct research, Zyed Zalila has been teaching fuzzy theory and its applications at the same university since 1993. Author of the theory of N-order Fuzzy Relations (1993), in 2002 he proposed the Augmented Fuzzy Symbolic AI: it automatically discovers transparent non-linear decision systems, composed of IF-THEN rules with continuous logic, from imperfect real-world data. He is the inventor of several automatic vehicle-driving systems (as early as 1990), and the inventor-designer-co-developer of theXTRACTIS® Trusted Reasoning AI dedicated to Robust, Intelligible and Auditable Predictive Modeling of complex, high-risk processes (since 2003).
