[WEBINAR] how to promote peaceful, restful sleep?

Sleeping and waking up refreshed is a matter of course! Yet for some, sleep is a waste of time, for others a source of anxiety. Our mood, dynamism and joie de vivre all depend on the quality of our sleep. No good health without good sleep!

In this webinar, I'll briefly explain how sleep works. I'll then decipher the various sleep disorders, and finally give you some advice on how to achieve a serene and restful sleep. These tips will be based on a healthy lifestyle, of course, but also on a healthy diet, plants and essential oils, as well as a few relaxation and breathing techniques.
