Its mission is to support job-seeking and existing executives in building a career plan that matches their skills and tastes, is realistic in relation to the market and guarantees them a lasting return to employment or successful mobility.

The association has offices in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux, Aix, Marseille, Nice, Lyon, Rouen and Lille.
