La Cense is the challenge of opening an outlet in Paris created by producers. Part of the range, namely the meat and cider, comes from their own structures, whilethe rest is sourced from a network of local farmers, mainly in the Hauts-de-France and Normandy regions.
What's more, the grocery store transforms itself into a tasting bar at 8pm, where you can enjoy cider accompanied by charcuterie and cheese.
