[WORKSHOP 5/5] Optimizing your network approach

CAP 361° Program - Pilot your career!

- Are you currently employed and looking to anticipate your next career move?
- Would you like to boost your job search?

If one of these situations applies to you, we suggest you join the CAP 361° - Pilotez votre Carrière! program, consisting of a cycle of 5 workshops spread over 2 months.

Possibility of following the program from Lille or Paris

The workshops will be led in Paris by Elizabeth TOUCAS, Career Manager and Executive Coach at IÉSEG Network, and by Chantal DUBIN, Executive Coach in Lille.

This face-to-face workshop is the fifth and last of the 5 workshops in the CAP 361° - Pilotez votre carrière! program, a description of which is attached below.

This workshop, led by Elizabeth TOUCAS, our Executive Coach & Head of Career Development , is aimed at ALL graduatess who are looking for a job, in professional transition or even in employment, and who need to discover the rules to follow when networking to find a job.

Networking is THE solution for targeting the hidden job market. Once reserved for senior management positions, this approach is increasingly being extended to all profiles, even juniors. In fact, more and more positions are being filled by word-of-mouth, recommendation and parallel channels, in other words, by networking. However, a network approach cannot be improvised, but must be based on precise rules and the use of appropriate tools and techniques. You need to know these before you start, to avoid making mistakes that could ruin your chances of finding a job!
