Three speakers:

Paul Valencia: Executive Chairman of Check & Visit, will share his experience on the integration of artificial intelligence in the real estate and insurance sectors. Since early 2022, he has been co-directing this startup, which is revolutionizing custom inspections thanks to AI. Check & Visit offers an innovative solution that makes real estate data reliable and organized, drawing on a nationwide network of over 400 certified checkers. But the company's ambition goes far beyond inspections: AI is also a key driver in optimizing the efficiency of all its departments. Paul will look back at the challenges and successes of this transformation and share his vision of the future of AI in real estate and beyond.

Alexia de Bernardy: founder of Impactus & laWEbox

Alexia is a multi-entrepreneur who has been striving for a better world for 20 years. Wishing to put her experience as an entrepreneur, investor and mentor to good use, in 2024 she published the book "Entrepreneur engagé : je passe à l'action" (Editions EMS) and created www.ImpactUs.plus, a collaborative method and roadmap led by IA to double entrepreneurs' chances of success. With her previous company, laWEbox, Alexia has also been acting since 2016 to promote team spirit at work via her AI RH aimed at managers.

Nicolas Lemaire (HEI 2003): works for a tech SME that uses AI in its monitoring products for construction companies. "In particular, we use AI in a sensor measuring workers' exposure to the Crystalline Silica present in dust".

Our witnesses will share their practical experience, the tools that can be used and the benefits to be gained, whether in terms of internal management or product offerings to accelerate development.
