[CONFERENCE] CHANGING WORK TO ACHIEVE GENDER EQUALITY
Discover a new, more global approach to gender issues.
By Antoine de Gabrielli, CEO of Companieros, Founder of the Happy-Men movement and of the "Mercredi-c-Papa " association.
His conviction is that women's access to positions of responsibility depends on challenging cultural prejudices linked to the vision of male performance in the workplace, and on the other hand to the conception of the role of the man in the family, as father, husband and "main breadwinner". As a lever for the effectiveness of gender diversity policies, this reconsideration will at the same time open the way for men to achieve a better personal and professional balance.
Antoine de Gabrielli, company director, married with 6 children, is strongly committed to getting men more involved in gender diversity policies. He is head ofCompanieros, founder of the"Mercredi-c-papa" association and initiator of theHappy Men project ( which brings together male executives seeking a better balance between their private and professional lives).
A blogger on the issue of professional equality between men and women, he is also a member of Medef's Professional Equality Commission, the Diversity Charterthe Association Française des Managers de la Diversité (AFMD) and the Club XXIème siècle, which promotes republican integration.
