On November 19, Christophe Fargier, President of Lyon's Ninkasi group, will share his vision of transforming the group into a regenerative enterprise, committed to measuring its externalities, reducing its environmental impact and invigorating its territory.
Ninkasi is a chain of 25 restaurants, a beer brand, a brewery and a concert hall. It was founded in 1997 in the Gerland district of Lyon.
