Frédérique WATREMET, who graduated from HEI in 1988 with a specialization in mechanics, invites you to discover her inspiring career as an entrepreneur and the bakery and patisserie she created in 2009: Le Macaron Bleu.

After a wealth of experience in industry, Frédérique realized her dream of opening a bakery that would enable her to showcase her art and be her own boss. Frédériquewill talk about her career change, the challenges and obstacles she faced in realizing her dream, and what goes on behind the scenes!
