Darwin visit and wine stand in Bordeaux

Jean-Pierre Lartige (1983) and HEI Alumni invite you to join them on Saturday April 6 for a day of discovery in Bordeaux!

On the program:

13h - Lunch at the organic bistro Magasin Général

15h - Guided tour of Darwin: former military barracks, an alternative space dedicated to economic cooperation, ecological transition and social entrepreneurship.

5pm- Presentation and wine tasting at the Domaine de la Luolle stand, created by Olivier (1995) and Sandrine Dovergne. They'll tell you all about it! Show address: Maison des 5 sens, 9-11 allée des peupliers, 33000 Bordeaux

The various options available when you register will enable you to say what you're taking part in if you can't attend everything.

What is Darwin?

On the right bank of the Garonne, come and discover the Darwin eco-system, an alternative space dedicated to economic cooperation, ecological transition and social entrepreneurship.

On nearly 20.000 m2 within the eco-renovated buildings of a former military barracks, the Niel barracks, Darwin features a mixed-use program: shared offices, coworking spaces, responsible businesses including France's largest organic restaurant, skatepark, yacht club, urban farm, recycling center, alternative education high school...

Domaine de la Luolle?

Sandrine and Olivier Dovergne (1995) have chosen to anchor themselves in the Côte Chalonnaise at Moroges. Their aim is to make wines that speak to and awaken the senses, on an 8-hectare estate with quality plot-based cuvées. They follow in the footsteps of Guy Chaumont, an organic winegrower for over 50 years. La Luolle, an estate spreading its wings with 2017, the first vintage.
