Site description:
3 Palace Green is the first new home to be built along the gardens of Kensington Palace in 100 years. Work is currently underway on the interior fittings, electrical and sanitary fittings and external works. The house is being built to a very high standard for a private client. It comprises 5 floors of approx. 2,000m2, including 2 basement levels. Conscious of the architectural quality of the neighboring Royal Kensington Palace, the exterior facade features classic details and bespoke materials.
