Visit to the JUNIA site - Albert Legrand

The silhouette of the Albert Le Grand house is gradually being transformed to house the administrative headquarters and student services of Junia, a leading engineering school. The aim is twofold: to turn the former "family home" into a welcoming administrative headquarters, conducive to diversified working methods, and to provide an emblematic showcase for the association's missions.

The project respects the soul of the site, with a complete renovation of the historic building. A touch of modernity is added, with the addition of two glass and metal extensions. The interior has been completely redesigned to accommodate offices adapted to new working practices: coworking, telecommuting, multi-activity, nomadism... .

The project will comprise a forum and two wings. The exteriors will be enhanced, with a focus on education: planted courtyards, small experimental gardens, etc. The garden level will provide spaces for work, teaching and relaxation.

Please bring your PPE for this tour. This visit is limited to 12 people, and is organized as part of the Real Estate and Building and Civil Engineering Club. Other time slots will be offered throughout the year, as well as other construction sites.
