Construction site:

The SIPLO project, newly renamed SPARK for "Skills Park", consists of two multi-activity buildings, R+6 and R+3, and is destined to become one of the major training centers in the canton of Geneva. SPARK is a general contracting project built by Losinger Marazzi. Two buildings will cover a total surface area of almost 50,000 m2. The project's basement will house a 300-seat auditorium. The handover will take place in three phases, with the training part due for delivery in September 2023, followed by the other two parts in December 2023 and June 2024.
