[WEBINAR] Setting up "employee shareholding" or "management package" tools

With our partner: Cabinet Bignon Lebray

The aim of the conference is to address the issue of the implementation of "employee shareholding" tools or " management packages " by an employer for the benefit of its employees, and to answer the following main questions:

  • What is employee share ownership?
  • What is the objective and interest for both employer and employee?
  • What mechanisms exist? How do they work?
  • How do you choose which tools to use?
  • What precautions should employers and employees take?

More generally, the webconference will provide an opportunity to discuss these management packages, which are widely used in companies.
