Caroline HACOT (ISA 2005)
Since graduating from ISA in 2005, I've always worked in I.A.A., first in sales and product development, then in purchasing, a sector that has particularly attracted me since I've been working in it for 10 years. After a 7-year stint with CAMPBELL Food as Raw Materials Purchasing Manager (230 M€ budget), I joined GELPASS in 2016. I'm currently Supply Chain Director, in charge of purchasing, sourcing and operational activities for the trading office and our three production sites in France. This job proves to me every day that the world is on the move, and that multidisciplinarity is necessary for development in today's working world. Tomorrow's major challenges - ensuring food safety, data management and information systems, digitalization, industrial organization, lean manufacturing - require us to find internal and external skills that go beyond our ISA training.
