"I arrived in Nice two weeks after my last adventure recap!

It's February 16 as I write this summary.

Over the past two weeks, I've been able to travel from Valencia (Spain) to Nice via Barcelona, Montpellier and Aix en Provence! This marked the end of my Spanish adventure and my return to France!

In particular, I spent a weekend in Barcelona and Nice surrounded by friends 😊

As I'd hoped, I was able to enjoy the Spanish sun and the South of France ☀️ What a pleasure to pedal in "summer" clothes!!! Morally and physically, things are still going pretty well 😊

I also had my first big technical glitch: I arrived in Nice at 10pm after a day of 212km and 2700m of ascent. On a night descent, I hit a plastic object right in the middle of the bike path, which cracked my rear wheel 😕

I was able to order a new wheel, which should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday! It's part of the adventure's hazards and it certainly won't be the last problem of this trip 😊

Here are some figures since the beginning of the adventure:

- 4,615 km of cycling

- 42,366 m ascent

- 211h02 of cycling

- 32 days on / 12 days off

- 10,201 euros raised for Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque

Once I've sorted out my wheel problem, I'll be able to set off again for Italy and the Balkans!

Can't wait to share the rest of our adventures with you 😍🚴‍♂️ "
