In green meadows in the heart of the Arrageois region, the Maison du Nombre d'Or raises Biodynamic Gros Gris and Blond des Flandres snails.

Our leitmotiv: nature, passion and excellence, to produce top-quality snails for the pleasure of gourmets. We are members of the Collège Culinaire de France and are recognized by the chefs who cook our products.

Our particularity lies in the small size of our farm and our natural methods, which enable us to supply a product of exceptional quality. Natural or smoked over beech wood, our snails can be cooked all year round, in simple or elaborate recipes, chic or "à la bonne franquette". They're sure to conquer any palate!

We warmly invite you to come and discover them during an evening visit and tasting at 20 Bis rue de Boiry in Hénin sur Cojeul.
