Visit and tasting at Bellevue Farm
As part of our "agriculture of tomorrow" and "agri-food" clubs, we'd like to invite you to visit a farm.
Graduates of ISA93 and ISA88, we've been farming for 16 years on our family farm in Sercus (Isabelle and Nicolas Loingeville). Since February 2023, our family has been producing artisanal potato chips on our farm.
The idea is to enhance the value of our potatoes through a local, festive, quality product: Chips Bellevue. We process the potatoes ourselves, using sunflower oil and salt from the Ile de Ré. Our potato chips are less fatty and salty than traditional potato chips, and thicker to retain the full taste of the potato. Some even find the taste of French fries...

The tour of the farm will be followed by a time of discussion over an aperitif.
