[WEBINAR] Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

This webinar will explain what Mindfulness meditation is. It will explore both the benefits and the limitations of meditation. It will discuss what the science says about the main scientific benefits of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) meditation.

The webinar will close with a mindfulness-based meditation exercise.

It will be moderated byJulie BAYLE-CORDIER,teacher-researcher at IÉSEG and holder of a doctorate in management from HEC Paris. Julie is also a 2015graduate ofthe Mindfulness Center at Brown University, USA.

To extend the experience, we're offering you the opportunity to follow theMindfulness Challenge, atrilogy of one-hour weekly Mindfulness meditation practice workshops on :
